Consent Form

For Schools entering candidates for a Cambridge English qualification

Test Day Photo Consent Form for Candidates under the age of 18 on the day of registration.

Candidates taking a B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency exam are required to have a passport style photograph taken either on the day of the speaking test or the written test. This will be done by members of the Cambridge English Exams Centre test day staff. The aim of this is to further enhance test security in accordance with new regulations from Cambridge English. The photo will be held on the secure Cambridge English Results Verification Service website. You can control who can access your results and view your photo by giving your unique Candidate ID number and Candidate Secret Number to universities, employers and other organizations you want to be able to verify your results. Schools must ensure that they have parental or guardian consent for their candidates by the registration deadline at the latest.

If any of your candidates is under 18 years of age, please ask a parent or legal guardian to read all information provided and sign the consent form.

The Data Protection Law in force provides candidates with a right to request a copy of the personal information Cambridge English hold and the right to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
